Climbing Pan di Zucchero (the highest stack in the Mediterranean) is a memorable experience.
There are several long climbing routes that run along its walls of varying difficulty.
Here we propose Radio Galena, the route with the easiest grades, which offers a beautiful compact limestone rock, topped with breathtaking landscapes and an approach by sea that really leaves you speechless.
We start in the morning with the dinghy to reach the stack (about 10 minutes of sailing), attack the wall and reach the top from which you can enjoy a spectacular view over the entire Iglesiente coast.
To descend from the top, we can take the miners’ via ferrata or make an aerial abseil to arrive directly on the dinghy.
Route length: 80 meters
Obligatory grade: 5a
Maximum grade: 5c
