The climbing courses are customized according to the level of every participant. The climbing equipment can be provide by the guide for free.
The location of the climbing courses are the fabulous climbing areas of the Sardinia Island, in the South Western Coast (Buggerru, Iglesias, Masua) or in the Central Eastern Coast (Cala Gonone, Baunei, Ogliastra) or in the wonderful inside of Sardinia.
The climbing lessons would be focused on the climbing techniques of Metodo Caruso, the security with the rope, the usage of climbing equipment, training to improve your body and techniques. The places of the courses would be the breathtaking landscapes often in front of the Sardinian Sea or in the unique inside of the island.
